Ive read Paul Krugmans attempt to defend the current president in Rolling Stone. A couple of observations. 1. Krugman is correct in that this president is one of the most successful in American history in doing what hes wanted to do. What he forgets to mention is that much of what he wanted to do and has succeeded in doing is the polar opposite of what free and liberated Americans want or wanted. 2. Krugman is not a journalist. He is a columnist -- a commentator -- a blind-follower. Every point he attempts to make is easily refuted or countered. Rolling Stone should be embarrassed it allowed itself to be used as a political pawn in the sole hopes of changing the outcome of the midterm election. I will not link the article here as I dont want to give it more publicity than it deserves. Its easy to find if you choose to read it.
