Ive recently heard that its ok to press the reset button. So that is exactly what Im going to do. Its time to get serious about my fitness goals. Ive been fairly active and I also dont mind going to the gym regularly. Where I am weak at is my diet. I have a huge appetite and I love food. So, time to restart! More disciplined and focused! Feel free to call me out when you find me off track! Logically my mind says to burn fat first but my male ego says put on muscle first. My goal this time around is to lose 10lbs of body fat in the next 90 days. Do you have a health or fitness goal?!?!
