Ive recently made some additions to my 3x a week water excerice routine. About a month ago, one of my careproviders suggested I try to do some pull ups on the pool ladder. Even though, I wasnt pulling my full weight up, as I had my feet on the ladder, it was still VERY HARD for me to do. I could only do 6 that night. Ive continue to try. Saturday I did 30! Tuesday I did 60! I knew I had to step up my game, if I wanted to keep losing. A week ago, I began climbing the steep steps at the pool, I did 6! Four days later I did 10, 3 days later I did 15! This week I added the Rehab bike. I didnt do it long, but my heart was beating fast and sweat was dripping off my face! BUT.... I cannot wait to go do it again TOMORROW! This Tuesday, while waiting for an appointment, I decided to get out and walk behind my wheelchair. Praise God! I was able to walk farther than I have in a LONG TIME! This was the night I did the bike and had the 60x and 15x victories! What an awesome workout! Thank you for your prayers. The have helped me so much!
