Ive said for years that the most important customer is the one you are talking to at any given moment. The same is true for Christians. Friday, I found the first facebook page thats got it right. There are a ton of Christian like pages out there. And most tell you how to live and think. This particular one... has only Prayer requests. When I was in the Military and Stationed in Japan, I attended a church service unlike any since or before. Picture in your mind, if you will, your office (assuming some work in cubicles. I did once or twice) Now picture that same office space transformed by moving all the furniture out of the way and making a huge space in the middle. Now picture it full, standing room only, of people, on a Sunday morning, Hungry for the Word of God. The operative word is Hungry. I saw this with my own, hungry, yearning eyes. The only problem? The worship - was in Japanese. I was new in the Country and to this day, I have no recollection of how I got there. No it wasnt a dream. Yes, I had newly arrived in the Country. The friend I was with, solved the problem, by translating the Sermon on a pad, and I read off the pad. Most probably, most of the words. I dont recall the title nor the content, I was too busy being awed by what I bear witness to. One thing for sure, The masses came to hear the Gospel. The location? An Office tower in DT Tokyo. Two years later I bear witness to the same thing, people Hungry for the Gospel, in Hawaii. Today, Thats whats missing in our society, our Country, Families, Church. What do I mean by hunger, you ask? Well, Im glad you asked that. We have it backwards. You see, the simple truth is. Gods Grace is why you are saved. Nothing more, nothing less. Everything you have, know, want, need is from God, the Almighty. Apart from Him, we are nothing. Nothing Else Matters. Loving the Lord Thy God, with all thy heart, soul and mind Is the Greatest Commandment. Do you know why? You are Bought with a price, You are Not your own. You can ignore me all you want, but you cant Ignore God. Do you know why? You bump in the Glory of God, Every Day, Every Single Day, Morning, Noon and Night! You ignore it, condescend to it, dismiss it, but you Cant ignore it, Air. Without it for five minutes (in most cases), you Are Dead. The Air - and All of Nature for that matter. Every Man, Woman and Child is part of Nature as well. Thats why - the Second Commandment - Love your neighbor as yourself. The big Question here is: Do you love You. So simple a Child could get it! So another question would you make sacrifices for a friend, you make for yourself every single day? An Attitude of Gratitude Is what we need in this Country, Friends. Our Delight is In the Name of the Lord! Our Faith is in the Name of the Lord! Our Grace is in the Name of the Lord! And only by the Grace of God, through the Cross of Jesus, will you be saved. Thats why we should be Singing and Praising, with Thanksgiving! Its not about you and me, yet its All about you and me, Looking to Him only and in Him only should you trust. For me to live is Christ, but to die is Gain. This is how I live, but Im not there, yet. Next to sinner in Wiki is a picture of me. you. all of us. Im crying right now.
