Ive seen this guys videos before and normally I laugh them off or just kind of feel bad for the people that post them and buy into Paul Blart; E-vangelical. However, this one is down right offensive. I am going to ignore the fact that some peoples circle of knowledge is larger than others and some people have a more relevant circle of knowledge or how his logic is the same as someone telling me they have signed baseball from Babe Ruth, I dont believe them, and they tell me to prove that they dont. Later theyll say the only way for me to find out for sure is when I die. Burden of proof lies on those making the claim. The claim here is a single Christian god exists. I will also note he didnt set any specific criteria or standards for someone to prove him wrong. Thats because you cant. Doesnt matter what you say this isnt a real challenge. This challenge is a lie. Guess thats a core Christian value. Ignoring all of that, this is downright offensive to agnostic/atheists/non-believers. Atheists think the holocaust would be ok? Being a Christian doesnt make you a good person. Being a good person makes you a good person. There were countries that banded together from all over the world to fight the Germans, including other religions and non-believers. Christians really think theyre so far above everyone that no one else has any morals what so ever? Its funny how extremists, no matter the cause, always use the holocaust to be dramatic and make their cause seem more harrowing. Murder and rape and theft and everything else we view as inherently bad is older than Hammurabis Code, which most early civilizations used as a basis for their laws, long before the Bible or Abraham or Moses. This stuff isnt about converting, its about solidifying onea faith. Its stroking their ego using -pseudo logic so they dont feel inferior to someone else who is using real logic. Unfortunately our schools have been using standardized tests for so long people are easily tricked into thinking theyre using their noggins when the reality is youre just regurgitating what some youth minister said using a couple buzzwords that sound smart. If you like this guys videos, shame on you. You should unfriend me. I like a good challenge to my logic, however if you buy into all this crap youre probably indoctrinated and wont be able to do that. Youll just regurgitate buzzwords without any sort of train of thought thinking it means something and thatll just be a waste of everyones time.
