Ive stepped my training volume up, and as such my intake of food is up to support it. Here was today Brekkie: 2 eggs, 1/2 bag frozen raspberries, 1 cup full fat yogurt. Post class mini workout: protein shake. Lunch: salad with beets and 2 sausage links Pre workout snack of licorice and ginger beer. post real workout: blueberry banana yogurt and protein shake. Post post workout: 3 bowls of chocolate rice Krispy cereal with whole milk. Snack: 1 cup pineapple. Dinner: beef and potato stew. Dessert: fried plantain, ice cream, peanut butter, chocolate miracle. Thats how you recover!
