Ive talked to tactical and beat officers here in Chicago for articles and research over the years, especially following shootings. I, like many others have police officers in my famly. It is a tough job, especially in a wild and crazy city. Youve heard Minister Louis Farrakhan discuss this numerous times in lectures. They want to go home to their families just like everyone else. However, the itchy-trigger finger of the White police officers is what we are focusing on in these many cases. No taser, no negotiation, no stand-off, just immediate use of lethal force.
