Ive tried NUTRISYSTEM D (for Diabetics) as a way (1) to deal with a proper diet for a diabetic Type 2 (like myself) & (2) learn better eating habits (like especially PORTION CONTROL). SO FAR, SO GOOD. Together with shooting up with Insulin, my blood sugar is much closer to IN CONTROL than recently. Ive lost 13 lbs. I called Nutrisystem as my next order was coming TOO FAST (since I eat out for Senior Nutrition Lunches M>F & eat out 3 or 4 times a week).
