Ive tried to collect my thoughts and get them lined up but they seem to be all over the place! Figures! So instead of waiting, Ill try to share what Ive been thinking about for the past few days. This past weekend opened my eyes about a lot of things. I NEEDED Younique more than just for the mascara. There were leaders and presenters of ALL shapes and sizes, some with experience, some without. Some had solid pasts and great upbringings, some not at all. I realized that I MUST find balance between my business and my family. My thoughts control my actions. I AM beautiful with ALL my imperfections. I can DO anything I want if I believe in myself enough to make it happen. I will be the conductor of my life and I get to decide the direction it will go. I MUST find the girl in me and find some spice and fun. It is imperative to find time to date my husband more than once a year. I cannot be afraid to dream, more like I need to not be afraid to dream BIG. I am forever changed because of what Younique has brought to my life. There is NO pressure to turn myself into a Barbie or beauty queen. My position with Younique is to uplift, empower and validate women all over the world, to help them realize their worth & their beauty within. I am clearly not the only one that feels this way. The growth has been unlike anything! I LOVED meeting presenters in my team I hadnt met before in person. I LOVED connecting with the leaders I met at Leadership Retreat in March. I LOVED meeting women I had never met before that are so different from me but still had so much in common. Younique can seriously change your life in more ways than just financially. I am blown away.... Still cant completely put my head around it!
