I’m glad to have found this group. The military brought us to Killeen back in 89 when I was only 8. We made many memories growing up here. I left to Austin and continued to move around the country through my twenties. After I left central Texas for several years, I realized how much I missed Killeen. We missed the simple pleasures such as the weather and going on walks through the neighborhood. Even though it has changed immensely, I still remember the old Killeen. My brother and I used to play at the arcade when it was located in the food court at the mall. We made so many cinema memories at the movie theater that used to be located where the Chuck E. Cheese is now. We were totally bummed out though when we tried to find the Putt Putt a couple of months ago. I made this video because Killeen will always hold a special place in our hearts.
