I’ve been forecasting with this project and my team’s currently ranked 14th going into the final season! Experts tend to be terrible at predicting geopolitical and economic events, but this research program, partially funded by the U.S. intelligence community, has had some interesting results so far....theyve found certain approaches that work best (basic probability training, teamwork, and open-mindedness) and that some people, called Superforecasters, make exceptionally accurate predictions! Excited to see the outcome of this years results!
