Ce « Side Event » constituait l’aboutissement du projet Maghrébin 94/G/31 du PNUD consacré au renforcement des capacités au Maghreb pour faire face au changement climatique. Il était présidé par le représentant du FEM/PNUD qui a financé le projet. ملخص قدمت هذه الورقة عن تأثير تغير المناخ على محاصيل الحبوب في الجزائر في نيودلهي خلال "حدث موازي " مغاربي مكرس"لتكيف الموارد الطبيعية مع تغير المناخ." وكان هذا "الحدث الموازي" نتيجة لبرنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي المغاربي 94/G/31 المكرس لبناء القدرات في المغرب العربي لتصدي لتغير المناخ. وترأس الاجتماع ممثل هذا البرنامج والصندوق العالمي للبيئة الذي مول هذا المشروع.. SUMMARY This communication on the impact of climate change on winter rainfed cereals in Algeria, was presented in New Delhi during a "Side Event” on Maghreb devoted to “ Adaptation of Natural Resources to Climate Change”. This “Side Event” matched the closure of the 94/G/31 PNUD :Maghreb project on “Building Capacities of the Maghreb to face climate change. It was supervised by the representative of the GEF/UNDP that financed the project.
