Is, 60:1- 2 Arise and shine for thy light is come and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee. For, behold darkness shall cover the earth, and the gorss darkness the people; but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and His glory shall be seen upon thee. Jesus is the Answer World Wide Ministries Helps give hope and restoration to Potawatomie County in Oklahoma The neighborhood is outside Bethel Acres and Shawnee Oklahoma. The tornado ripped through the subdivision destroying hundreds of homes. Only one or two homes were left standing. One of the homes included Pastor Janice of a Native American church whom I met two years before when speaking at the Women’s aglow in Shawnee, Oklahoma. This tornado tore through the day before the massive tornado hit Moore, Oklahoma that destroyed 12,ooo homes and two schools, wiping out the Orr Family Farm where 150 horses were killed by the forced winds. Several horses have not been found yet. I am so thankful to all of you who gave for this trip. A major impact was made and so many lives changed. Together because of you this ministry Jesus is the Answer World Wide Ministries raised donations which included Bibles, tracts, clothes, shampoos, diapers, water, food, body wash, cleaning supplies, bandages, color books, and crayons, dog and cat food and so much more through the supporters of the ministry. However, supplies were not needed as much as ministry to restore the broken hearts and encourage those working to restore the area. There had been much accomplished through many volunteers who came in all over this country. Three ministries are there working together to restore back even more than has been stolen because of Jesus. Not because of man or any ministry but because of Jesus Christ making Himself known to a lost and dying world. In I Sam. 30 David and his army came back from war finding their city destroyed and their families and everything stolen from them. The word says they cried until they could cry no more. Then the men blamed David for the devastation. David encouraged himself in the Lord. He remembered all the times God had moved in great victory with the lion, bear and Goliath. He knew the God he served would not fail him now. Instead of giving up David pressed into to God for answers. God spoke to David. Pursue your enemy. David did so. What is an amazing part of this great story is how God had their victory set up. But in order to walk in the victory David had to seek God for direction. As he did God ordered His steps and not only did David recover all He recovered more than they had. He was able to give back to those who had been too weak to go for themselves. Victory came as a result of David seeking God. Too be honest that is what I did. I sought God if I was to go to Oklahoma during this season. The Lord opened doors and made ways out of No Way for me to go. I had previously had surgery and for months the ministry had been on hold because of previous physical battles. However, the Lord paid bills that were behind and gave me the money to go. Jesus opened the doors through the people. I was only willing to go and to pray through for help. As I sought God and interceded for help Jesus poured out His Spirit and moved through the open doors! As David sought God, victory came to him and his people. He did not stop when his life seemed over. Instead he pressed into the Lord. Neither can you stop seeking Jesus when disasters hit. This is a time you must press into the Lord God almighty to obtain your greatest Victory! As you obey the still small voice you will walk in great victory! Today I feel a great breakthrough was accomplished for the people in that area because of prayer. You may have found yourself in your own disaster and do not know which way to turn. If you will do as DAVID did and encourage yourself in the Lord, soon you will gain the strength you need to pray for direction and receive your miracle. David didn’t look at his situation and quit when these men accused him. Many people would crumble or fall apart and turn away from God with a situation so devastated. Yet, David stood and began to praise the Lord for all the times He moved. He remembered how God moved with the Lion and bear, and Goliath. David knew His God because he had relationship with Him. In other words David had a prayer life. David knew that God had not changed his love for him because of this trial. He knew in his heart that God wanted to bring a great victory and to walk in that David had to seek God. Though David had faced a difficult place his relationship with God, He proved Himself faithful to David over and over again. In David’s heart he knew that God would not fail him. Instead of turning from him he encouraged himself. Then David began to seek God for direction and what should he do. David received a word from the Lord not the people. A word from the Lord that told him to pursue his enemy that he would recover all! Often times we turn to everyone but Jesus. He is our rear guard and the author and finisher of our faith. We can trust him in our times of need. Psalms 91, tells us because we dwell in the secret place when we call on him He will answer, He will deliver and satisfy a person who seeks Him with long life and show them the Glory of their salvation. You may be in a dark place. But as you seek God for direction concerning your situation, the Lord will not fail you. He will give you direction. David sought God and the plan of recovery was opened to him. David recovered all because of seeking him in the midst of an impossible situation! So will you recover all if you will seek God for your direction! The Lord spoke after days of prayer concerning me going to Oklahoma. God opened the doors and made a way where there was no way. Many donations began to pour in to the ministry as I sought God. Jesus totally moved and worked it all out step by step! During the time I was there many wonderful things happened and great connections came about because of prayer and obedience. Testimony after testimony happened that is shared in our new and first edition of Jesus is the Answer WWM News Report. This will be different from our regular newsletter and will come out quarterly. This all happened and more that I have not shared will begin because of obedience to go forth and help this land. I will say to you, it is not time to bow to the enemy but time to seek God for purpose and in direction for your life. Jesus is your answer. If you will seek Him you will find HIM! God of Increase Duet 8:17-18 you may say to yourself it is my power and my strength has produced this wealth for me. But remember the Lord your God, for it is God who gives the power to obtain wealth and confirms His covenant which He swore to your forefathers, as it today. The Word of God tells us that it is the Lord that gives us the power to gain wealth. Today I pray that God will give you the power to obtain wealth and that you will not forget Him as He releases it to you, in Jesus name and that you will give back to Him even greater, in Jesus name! Phil 4:3 I urge you also, true companion, to help these women who labor with me in the Gospel. I pray that the Lord bless and protect you; may the Lord smile upon you and be gracious to you. You can never pay God for a miracle but you can put your faith to action by planting a seed for your miracle into a good ground ministry as this one where miracles are manifesting and souls are being saved! Come on together we are giving hope and restoration to those who are without and hopeless! You can never ever out give God. But as you continue to sow your seeds God will give back to you in ways you will stand absolutely amazed at HIS GLORY!
