JKP bags prestigious Zee Achievers Award Lucknow. Adding yet another feather to its cap, the Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat (JKP) bagged the prestigious Zee Achievers Award for exceptional work in the field of education, healthcare and philanthropy. The award consisting of a momento and citation of excellence was presented to Ms. Vishakha Tripathi, President, Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat (JKP) Education at Hotel Vivanta by Taj in Lucknow by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Shri Akhilesh Yadav and it was collected by representative of JKP Mr. Ram Puri. Organized by the Zee Media Group, Zee Achievers Award was conferred on various individuals and organizations for significant contribution in the field of economic and social development in the State of Uttar Pradesh. Specific mention of JKP was made for making outstanding efforts to provide free and secular education to the deprived sections and minorities. More than five thousand girls from pre primary to post graduate level are receiving free education through institutions located in Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh. In addition to Education, JKP runs three hospitals which provide free healthcare facilities to the poor and the needy including free surgery and post operative care. JKP also works throughout the year for supporting destitute widows. Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav lauded the efforts of JKP. He said that JKP has made selfless contribution to help the poor and the deprived. He said that Uttar Pradesh is marching on the path of development and everyone should contribute for the betterment of social and economic life in Uttar Pradesh. Under the guidance of Ms Vishakha Tripathi, JKP has been achieving one success after the other. The organization has received Rajiv Gandhi Global Excellence Award, Nari Shakti Award of Jagran group, Mother Teresa Excellence Award and Nelson Mandela Award for exemplary work in the field of education and healthcare.
