The Finance Manager will be responsible for the accounts function and processes and leading a small team. You will help to identify and implement process and system improvements across the Accounts function. The successful candidate will have experience in all or most of the following: *Management Accounting *Ensure accurate and timely reporting *Bank reconciliation *Payroll *Management of debtors and creditors *Cash flow/currency exposure *Preparation of audit file and annual accounts Any experience within the insurance sector would be beneficial but is not essential. This is a permanent position offering a basic salary from £40-50,000 pa dependent on relevant experience.
