Minnesota Life Bridge (MLB) has unique opportunities for Behavior Analysts to participate in transforming the systems and services that support individuals with intellectual disabilities and significant behavioral challenges in Minnesota. Our program is leading a new statewide effort to evaluate existing services against the standards of best practice in Person-centered Positive Behavior Supports. MLB is also working to build capacity and access to supports within the public and private sectors to meet the ongoing needs of these individuals and ensure they can continue living in their integrated community settings. We seek motivated applicants who care about helping people and are not easily provoked when faced with conflict or disagreement. Join us for a chance to help improve the delivery of behavior support services in Minnesota! There are five full-time Behavior Analyst openings. Each will be based from home and serve a designated region of the state, with a vehicle provided for the frequent travel necessary to visit MLB clients in their community settings. These regions have not yet been defined and may be influenced by where the new employees currently live. Potential locations include the Twin Cities metro, Bemidji, Brainerd, Duluth, Fergus Falls, Mankato, Moorhead, Rochester, St. Cloud, and Willmar. Job Description: Review existing assessments and treatment plans to evaluate current supports and services, then conduct individualized assessments and recommend changes or additional interventions as needed to enhance desired outcomes. Provide training and consultation for existing treatment teams in the design, implementation, and monitoring of individualized positive behavior support interventions using evidence-based practices. Coordinate and facilitate connections with community resources to increase internal and external service capacity.
