JOBS in WALTON, KY To apply forward resume to [email protected] and indicate position interested in subject line Validation Specialist Best Sanitizers, Inc Walton, KY, 41018 Duties and Responsibilities Validation Specialist - Position description: • Responsible for developing, preparing, executing and overseeing the execution of and the revising of validation procedures/protocols to ensure that there is sufficient documentation to support the manufacturing of a product in accordance with appropriate regulatory agency requirements, customer expectations, and internal company standards. • Provide expertise in the definition and implementation for cleaning programs and validations. • Compiles and analyzes validation data, prepares reports and makes recommendations. • Performs all tasks in accordance to cGMP guidelines and quality standards. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cGMP regulatory issues particularly pertaining to Validation and ensure that company Validation policies and procedures are current. • Must be able to work in a team environment and possess team-based problem solving skills. • Must be results focused and oriented toward accomplishment of organizational goals. • Must be able to work flexible hours to include overtime when needed. Duties: • Ensure all processes and methods critical to product quality are appropriately qualified, validated and documented • Actively participate during all phases of validation including documents for IQ/OQ • Review engineering drawings • Analyze data and provide recommendations for improvements • Maintain system that tracks validation records • Write, review and approve validation strategies, protocols and reports • Review validation packages for completeness and accuracy, sound rationale, compliance with policies and procedures, and accurate data analysis • Establish priorities and schedule activities to ensure timelines and milestones are met • Some administrative activities may be required as needed Requirements: • 4-yr degree in Science, Business preferred; 2-yr degree and related experience acceptable • Detail oriented • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high volume environment • Record data accurately and honestly • Ability to apply computer skills covering word processing, spreadsheets analysis • Proficient in Math • Basic communications and writing skills in English • Ability to interact and work with team members • Ability to communicate knowledge to team Submit resume, cover letter and salary requirement to aparker@bestsanitizers for consideration. ***This is a temp-to-hire position*** Nature of Work • Duration: Full Time, Regular • Normal Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday • Working Hour per Week: 40 hour(s) • Normal Work Shifts: First (Day) • Salary Range: 20.00 - 25.00 /Hour Post is open till: 8th December, 2014 Number of Job Openings: 1 Education • Applicants should have a Bachelors Degree • Experience • Applicants must have experience of 6 month(s) .
