JONAH 3:4 Expositors Study Bible KJV (4) And Jonah began to enter into the city a days journey, and he cried, and said, Yet forty days, and Nineveh shall be overthrown. (..... And he cried, proclaims him standing possibly in some marketplace or at a busy intersection, lifting up his voice, loudly shouting the Message the Lord had given him. ....., Jonah was a sign to the Ninevites; that is, he was a personal illustration of the Wrath and Grace of God.) There are few today, speaking of the Saints of God of the Church of Philadelphia (Rev. 3:7-13), that are Preaching and Teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ! Many and varied reasons, I speculate, that people would give as to why they may be silent or even quiet regarding the Gospel in these last days of the Church Age. JONAH 1:1-3 (1) Now the Word of the LORD came unto Jonah the son of Amittai, saying (..... specifies the Prophet and that he is to deliver the Message, ...) (2) Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry against it; for their wickedness is come up before Me. (3) But Jonah rose up to flee unto Tarshish from the Presence of the LORD, and went down to Joppa; ....., to go with them unto Tarshish from the Presence of the LORD. The Lord God Almighty is calling all who have a ear to hear the truth to a consecration of Holy Living and Preaching and Teaching His Gospel Message that sets the captive free resulting in Souls being eternally won to His Kingdom! My hope and my prayer today is that if any be in the belly of the whale that you would beseech the Lord promptly so that He may bring you into the place He wants you to Share the most compelling Message of the hour the Gospel of Jesus Christ. God Bless.
