January 26, 2015 CLAVERIAPS VALLEY COPS: Long Time Top Two Most Wanted Fugitive Captured. How do you catch a fugitive who has been on the run for almost 5 years? The answer to that question is through hard work, perseverance and a little bit of luck. Alleged murderer Johbien Zamora y Caligan, 22 years old of Pata West, Claveria, Cagayan was arrested at Centro 1, Sanchez Mira, Cagayan after 5 years of running and hiding. He never showed up for his arraignment after the band murder of Jerickson Alnas y Castillo and Michael Abinsay y Failano on August 27, 2010. Done are the years of searching when an information came through intel monitoring together with the direct supervision of PSINSP MANUEL L VILORIA JR, Chief of Police. This surveillance/operation was conducted for almost two (2) months... The events that led to this capture are a testament of good investigative work, strong leadership and partnership. Also, to the strength and good influence of the PNP Personnel of this station to the community. To God be the glory!
