January is here, and we all know what that means. Resolution Time!!! There are going to be many new faces at our gym now, but before we start the joke cracking remember EVERYONE was that guy or girl at some point in our lives. So lets all make it a point to help them feel comfortable and welcome to our UFC family. And to all the new faces if youre here on our team page, welcome! Dont be afraid to come say hi, and ask if you have any questions. Myself or any of the other coaches will be happy to lend a hand. My advise to you is If at first you dont succeed try and try again! Getting to your fitness goals isnt easy but consistency is the key. Now to show that we ALL start from somewhere here is my throwback Thursday picture, from 2009 to present. I started at around 300 pounds after I stopped playing football, dropped to 206 for my first bodybuilding show in 2013 and now Im sitting around 245 getting ready for another. Diet is by far the most important factor in any of your fitness or athletic goals, if you have any questions come find me in the gym.
