Jared Murphy four unaffiliated citizens and Michael Browns friend apparently witnessed the shooting. Based upon their story, which checked out between all five of them (and yet which you dont necessarily have to believe, even for arguments sake), and the evidence (hard fact) that an officer shot an unarmed citizen six times, two kill-shots to the head among those, with the excuse that he was jaywalking, can you honestly say it wasnt excessive force? Police officers using tear gas on peaceful protestors (it doesnt matter what they say, if they do nothing, its peaceful) led to the looting of McDonalds for milk, to ease the pain of those gassed. Now, theres mayhem, with riots and more looting happening, all because of one cops moronic, insensitive decision. I disagree with breaking and entering and theft, but they shouldnt have been necessary because there should be better judgment by law enforcement. They volunteer to protect and serve, not drag their own reputation through the mud and endanger citizens lives.
