Jasmine and I received another set of donations, we are awed, grateful, and inspired. With this last set, session drum production costs are covered! The money also helped us to buy a massively important recording tool: the Shure 57 microphone. The next goal is producing the lead guitar tracks, so were shooting for a good tube amp for recording the lead guitar solos properly. I personally learned from Lyraka Volume 1 that lead guitar solos that are plugged straight into an outboard recording device such as Tascam are not recorded to their best advantage; that only by miking a good amp can the overall sound and dynamic range produce maximum quality lead guitar tracks .
