Jason Whistler Do you have 7 minutes to spare once in a while? An important aspect of health is fitness and a little bit of muscle tone improvement can go along way toward feeling better and having few joint and back issues. Here is a link to a quick exercise routine that requires no special equipment and can be done in under 7 minutes. I recommend starting at #1 and doing each item (repeating or holding) for 30 seconds then moving straight the next.
