Jazz Quintet Quintuplet ; Consisting of bass, drum, trumpet, guitar, vibraphone! 한국 재즈계에서 흔치 않은 구성의 팀으로서, 오랜 미국 유학 생활을 마치고 돌아온 베이시스트 송미호를 주축으로 하여 류복성 밴드의 트럼페터 김예중, 네덜란드 로테르담에서 수학한 기타리스트 박선영, 한국 인디계와 재즈계에서 활발하게 활동해온 드러머 곽지웅, 최고의 비브라폰 연주자로 활동중인 임민수가 합세하여 결성되었다. The team formation is unusual in Korean Jazz, the band is formed mainly by Bassist Song, Mi-ho who studied in the states for a long time with Ryu, Bok-seong Band Trumpeter Kim, Ye-joong, Guitarist Park, Seon-young who studied in Rotterdam the Netherlands, Drummer Gwak,Ji-woong who has been actively performing in Korean indie bands and Jazz bands and the best vibraphone player Im, Min-soo. Their instrument organizing with trumpet, guitar and vibraphone has created a unique and characteristic sound in the melody and harmony of their music. They have been performing traditional styles such as blues, swing, bebop, hardbop, as well as they are performing various styles of original music like Brazilian, Afro-Cuban, Funk and such. They started performing at renowned Jazz clubs in 2014. They are currently performing very actively in Seoul Jazz scene and they will release their first album in the first half of 2015. 트럼펫, 기타, 비브라폰이라는 악기 편성 자체의 특징이 선율과 화성적 부분에서 개성적인 사운드를 만들어내고 있으며 블루스, 스윙, 비밥, 하드밥 등의 정통적인 스타일은 물론 브라질리언, 애프로쿠반, 펑크 등 여러가지 다양한 스타일의 오리지널 곡들을 연주하고 있다 2014년부터 한국 유수의 재즈 클럽에서 본격적인 활동을 시작하여 현재 서울 재즈신에서 활발하게 연주하고 있으며 2015년 상반기에 첫 앨범을 선보일 예정이다 ▶ Date: 9월 26일 금요일 (Friday September 26th) ▶ Start Time: 1st set(1부): 9pm / 2nd set(2부): 10:30pm ▶ FREE Entrance 입장료는 없습니다 ▶ Location: Daejeon city Dunsan-dong, near Time World, next to the big outdoor parking lot, the corner across from 7-11 on the corner.
