Je suis Ahmed! Je suis Ahmed! 14/1/2015 11:25 The murder of Charlie Hebdo cartoonists is wrong. But for the west to allow them to vilify our Prophet (s.a.w) with nakedness and a human head with a body of a dog is the ultimate insult. We dont and cant do the same to the symbols of Christianity, Judaism and all other religions. Fatwas by classical ulama are unanimous on this so stop asking our ulama to keep repeating these when the west keep repeating the hypocritical mantra of freedom of expression. The French are hypocritical and double-standard. Questioning the Holocaust of WWII is a crime in France. Yet insulting 1.5b Muslims is perfectly alright. The French butchered 1m Algerians during their independence struggle and that is kosher with no compensation. No sense of guilt in Indochina and Syria/Lebanon under the French Mandate either. We will agree with Zunar that we celebrate and honor the French cartoonists if everyone agrees that we can caricature him masturbating with religious symbols of Buddhism, Hinduism, Shintoism, Queen Elizabeth, President Hollande,Vietnamese and Chinese national heroes or even his own mmmm, as artistic expression. Fortunately for the world, Muslims cant caricature anyone in any degrading manner. If Prophet Muhammad is the person Muslims emulate how do you expect us to feel when he is portrayed as a half-dog. This caricature is barbaric, inhuman, evil, violent, terroristic and mindless PIG-SHIT. Why arent PKR/DAP leaders equally vocal in condemning the threat of publishing these cartoons again. Why is Brother Anwar Ibrahim ever so apologetic, going by his remarks in FMT 8th January? Is vilifying the Prophet a lesser evil than vilifying a popular politician? He is delusional to suggest that freedom of expression and acceptance by the West will restore a tarnished Islam. And we can spend endless hours narrating the state terrorism of the west from the time Hitler,Lenin, de Gaulle, Bush, Netanyahu etc Barbaric westerners have been vilifying others throughout history because the rest of the world see them as superior in culture and intellect. In Australia, the Aboriginals were treated as animals under the Flora and Fauna Act up to the 1960s. To this day many Aussies still call them Abos. What happened to the Tasmanian Aboriginals? The French cartoonists are the products of the inferior race that has poured mindless scorn on others for centuries. In Asia, the Chinese were seen and caricatured as opium addicts so the British and others launched the Opium War for the right to push this addiction on millions of Chinese, then colonized Hong Kong as compensation for winning the War over the Chinese! Imagine the caricature of the Chinese in those days. Have Britain compensated China for this humilitiation. Or the Big Banks and business empires that grew from this opium trade. There cannot be literary license that degrades millions and billions because there are powerful messages in all of these caricatures. They are words to subjugate the dignity of others primed for neo-colonialsm. They are not recent manifestation of a modern enlightenment. Let me be clear again. I do not condone the killing of the cartoonists but we will never forget nor forgive those bastards because we were taught to love the Prophet more than our own parents, wives and children. Without Muhammad s.a.w theres no Islam. Our Islam is not that of the politicians of Malaysia, popular or otherwise. Dato Rahim Kamil Suleiman
