The Frankie Valli character was played by the 2nd stand in...so he didnt do the songs very well, but the story was still good. apparently they used the same script from the stage to the screen...i would definitely go..its a musical without being too much of a musical..and the asides from the actors really adds to the understanding of the movie. any move that Christopher Walken is in is worth considering. Among a lot of dogs, this is the king of the jungle of movies..Id go again just for the music
