Jeste li zadovoljni računima za struju?! Može to još da ide na gore. Ne može?! Jeste li sigurni???? Zakon o zaštiti potrošača (01-1974/02), član 39 kaže: Trgovac koji pruža uslugu od javnog interesa putem distributivne mreže ne smije potrošaču uračunavati u cijenu usluge troškove izgradnje, rekonstrukcije i modernizacije distributivne mreže. Pismo G-dinu Mitji Drobniču tim povodom: Dear Mr. Drobnic... I would like to send official complaint about violation of my consumer rights. In fact, I am one of the consumers of public energy company EPCG. That company is public company, but controlling packet have A2A ( Italian company). In attachment you will find all data about I wont to complaint. Ill quickly go over some things here. In accordance with Consumer protection Act (01-1974/2) act 39. (Retailer that provide the public service or service of public interests CANT count in the consumer price the costs of constructions, reconstruction and modernization of the distribution network), they dont have rights to put in the final price (consumer price) the articles 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 22 and 23 (in attachment you will find the back side of my personal bill, but you can find it on your personal bill, the energy bill of your residency too...). As you can see, on the back of my bill, EPCG is counting on our bills the costs of their inefficiency. This is unique way to calculate the consumer price. In the region, also in the EU, this is not practice. Also, I wont to complaint about violation of my citizens rights, because The Government (officials) has rejected my initiative on the site for e - petition https://epeticije.gov.me/, and they didnt give me real reason for that, they only shifted their responsibility to other institution. Then, I write to the Market Inspektors (Tržišna Inspekcija Nikšić) in Nikšic, about forming the price on this way (EPCG center is in Nikšić town), and she sent me answer that they have rights to do that because Regulatory Agency for energy (Regulatorna Agencija za energetiku) have right to violate my Consumer rights. I also write to the Center of Consumer protection (Centar za zaštitu potrošača Crne Gore), they dont give me ANY answer at all. Good way to protect my rights... *:) happy Please, can the European Commission put the efforts to protect my rights? I dont wont to European Commission form the final price of the energy cost (!!!), I just wont to my bill be clear and expressed on the right way! I just wont to see on the bill the energy that I spent and the price for it... Is that too much?! Best regards! P.S. nijesam imao pomoć prevodioca, ali sam siguran da će razumjeti. ;)
