Jesus Christ - Our Wisdom - Isaiah 11:1-3 by Carl H. Stevens The subject of this verse is Jesus Christ, Who would be on the throne as the Son of David. It deals with certain things that speak of the depth of His fullness. "The Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon Him" (verse 2a).
