He was at work and a 2 ton metal pipe fell and pinned him..the pipe landed in such a way that it severed his leg below the knee...lucky to survive this due to blood loss he did well, but a week later the surgeons had to remove the remainder of his leg above the knee do to infection and low circulation. This has been a very tramatic experience for him as you know yourself. I want him to understand that this was an accident and that he did nothing to cause this..I want him to have the same self esteem and courage that he had prior to this accident. He is such a loving and giving young man and my heart breaks because I can\t change the situation. Thank you much in advance for your wonderful strength and for showing others that although they may have artificial limbs...they can still be creative and beautiful...
