Joan and I swam/snorkled with a colony of wild Sea Lions in the Sea of Cortez…we were bareboating, just the two of us, and took the inflatable a couple miles from our anchorage to the spot we had sailed by earlier. The huge rock outcropping was shaped like a Sea Lion Head which marked the Cove. It is safe to say that these creatures had seldom seen humans .
