Job 33:4 The Spirit of God has made me, and the breath of the Almighty gives me life. Here on earth, from the moment we come from the womb, what do we need to live? Air...oxygen...breath. We take deep inhales and exhales our whole life. Do you ever notice that those breaths become shallow; we feel this way as we become nervous, anxious, frightened, or uncertain. Sometimes it seems like we will never find that deep breathing again. But there is a place to find it and that is in the sanctuary of God. As God breathes out we can inhale Him (along with His goodness, grace, mercy, and love) into our bodies and breathe out anything toxic (our hurt, fears, frustrations, and anger).
