Job Description & Requirements The position is for an outbound sales Rep. for a UK based Telecom Company The position is for an outbound sales rep (representative) for a telecom company. The rep must have working knowledge of how a telecom company operates. They must have some sales experience even if it is from another industry. The rep must be able to think on their feet and quickly compare prices and packages for the customer. The rep must show ability to learn and memorize a lot of numbers and figures. They need to have quick mental reflexes to be able to understand what the customer wants and analyse what the best offer would be in each individual case. They need to be self-motivated and resilient people as the job requires a lot of patience and a lot of waiting time on the phone to reach the decision maker. They must have good morale which is not easily affected by irate customers.
