Please find below the details for Job description Job Description: • Interact and address customers for banking and Investment requirements • Use financial specifications and investment expertise to review a client’s personal data • Addressing clients needs through superior service and seamlessly assign service delivery for enhanced experience • Helping the client to reach his short term and long term investment goals • Use of technology i.e. internet friendly an important aspect Responsibilities: • Ensuring client contactability and updation of latest contact details in all necessary systems • Resolution of queries of all mapped clients within TAT specified • Ensure compliance through regular process checks and self-audit procedure in link with bank level requirements • Formulate and understand outbound and inbound sales plan to acquire new customers for increasing customer base of the portfolio • Focus on business enhancements across liabilities, assets & to sustain and achieve growth in relationship value, revenues & improved client stability Qualifications: Minimum HSC pass (Preferably Commerce) with excellent verbal as well as written communication skills Language: Fluent in English & Hindi Experience: Fresher / Experience candidates Shift: Day Shift Salary: Upto Rs 12000/- Training: Payable Requirement: 10 Candidates Severity: Urgent No registration charges and no selection fees.
