Job Openings Native Speaker Countrywide, Germany We inspire children and young people to use English intuitively. We organise intensive language training and games in small groups with an average size of 14 students in schools. Our project weeks take place during regular school hours. Our aim is ensure that the students learn the language by using it throughout the school day in social and academic situations. We teach the students who have had at least 2 years of instruction, usually from 7th grade onwards. We are a rapidly expanding organisation and are currently recruiting enthusiastic English native speakers. Essential qualifications and skills The ideal candidate will have: • English to native standard • You enjoy working with children (aged 11-16 years) and have strong social skills and an open mind • Teaching experience is a plus • You have a vocational or higher degree • You need to submit a German police clearance certificate if selected • An ability to work with an international group of highly motivated native speakers • Eligibility to work in Germany (EU citizenship or a current working visa) Responsibilities include • Lesson planning and preparation according to the schools need • Providing an alternative to regular English teaching Once you are selected, you will have to undergo an initial training in cooperation with the University of Paderborn. You must be available for the entire week(s) for which you apply.
