Job Opportunity: The Blau & Berg Company, a commercial real estate firm, is seeking a part-time Marketing & Administrative Assistant in its Springfield/Short Hills office. Position has potential for future growth. Responsibilities include: Scanning, copying, and organizing files Packing/unpacking and organizing for the office move from Springfield to Short Hills Overseeing mass mailings Designing/Editing of flyers and advertisements Answering phones as well as some administrative work The qualified candidate must have: Proficient Microsoft Office skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding of graphic design (proficiency/knowledge in web design/HTML is a plus) Interest in the real estate industry is preferred This is a part-time position, no benefits, 15-20 hours per week.
