Job Opportunity for Production Pharmacist at Pacific Access Ltd: PRODUCTION PHARMACISTJob description1.0 Principal objective of the Job:                  The position holder is responsible for achieving production objectives ensuring that production processes in the res...PRODUCTION PHARMACISTJob description1.0 Principal objective of the Job:                  The position holder is responsible for achieving production objectives ensuring that production processes in the respective production units are complied with set standards and specification.  Continuous process evaluation; for cGMP improvement and cost control. 2.0 Organisational Relationship (Reporting Relationship: Reporting to, Reportees, Support sections/group, interfaces with senior management/clients etc.)Reports to Senior Manager (Manufacturing Manager)Reportees include Assistant Mangers, Pharmacists, Chemists, and Supervisors etc. Interacts with staff & managers at all levels3.0 Major responsibilities related to the Position:Ensuring compliance of the facility, personnel & processes to the standards.Implementation of cost control measures.Lead and Manage Production section. 4.0 Main tasks, duties and responsibilities related to the Job:Achieving of the yearly target as per the production budget.Ensure that products are produced as per set standards and specification to achieve the quality objectives.Authorize work instructions and standard operating procedures related to production and ensure their strict implementation.Ensure that the production records are evaluated and signed before being sent to the Quality Control.Ensure proper maintenance of premises and equipment in the productionEnsure timely performance of appropriate qualification/validation.Ensure proper training to the required personnel.Ensure monitoring of the manufacturing environment/hygiene.Monitor the production processes & in-process chemical analysis results.Monitor production of RO, DM, and WFI as per production request.Ensure water treatment plant complies with cGMP requirements.Ensure weighing, mixing, CIP & SIP and solution preparation as per BMR and SOPs. dlvr.it/8Bz9Vy
