Job Title: Quality Control Engineer Location:屏東市 Under the guidance of the Callaway golf ball Global Quality Manager this person will be responsible the following GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: a)Callaway Golf Ball Product Quality Champion at overseas suppliers b)Assuring all golf balls produced by suppliers meet Callaway specs and standards c)Enforcing and making sure Callaway standard are being followed and achieved d)Performing (AOQ) average out going quality audits on each shipment and reporting results e)Analyzing lab data on a daily basis for out of spec trends f)Conducting weekly quality meetings with suppliers and making recommendations for quality improvements g)Communicating to Global golf ball manger on a daily basis on issues that come up at the suppliers SPECIFIC PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1)Establishing and maintaining quality standards throughout the golf ball Mfg. plant 2)Performing AOQ audits on each shipment 3)Analyzing and reporting suppliers AOQ on weekly basis. 4)Establishing weekly quality meetings with plant manager and department supervisors 5)Reviewing daily lab data and making recommendations for process changes as needed 6)Auditing golf ball plant weekly to insure the manufacturing instructions are being followed (manufacturing instructions /SOP) 7)Conducting defect analysis to determine causes and make recommendations for improvements 8)Ensure that new quality personnel are sufficiently trained to the Callaway quality standards and processes Callaway Golf ball 9)Work with the engineering and quality team at the supplier to identify quality issues and implement process changes to correct and prevent quality issues 10)Monitor the prequalification process with the supplier on a daily basis 11)Conduct process audits on the floor to ensure compliance with the Callaway specifications STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE: 1)Maintain credibility and effective communications with golf ball suppliers and with Q.A manager 2)Timeliness and accuracy in reporting AOQ results to suppliers and Global Q.A manager 3)Timeliness and accuracy in reporting of all Quality Control reports 4)Knowledge of product lines and specifications 5)Knowledge of process equipment and methods 6)Ability to interpret and evaluate Quality Control test data. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 1–3 Years experience in Quality Control Computer Knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel Must speak, read, and write English.
