Job | Urgent Hiring for HR Executive - Admin Cum HR Person for Delhi Location-Call-759300504 Experience required for the Job: 1 - 35 years Annual Salary of the Job: 1.0 - 3.0 Lacs Job Location: Karnal, Gulbarga Apply Now Reply Dear Candidate, A brief JD would be: Designation-Admin Cum HR Person Admin: *Complete control of office consumable (stationery, pantry items etc) including vendor identification and negotiation *Doing a first check for all bills with respect of consumables received in office *Ensuring the review of cleanliness in the office in the morning, mainly in relation to reception room, conference room, partners cabin, managers cabin and staff room. This should mainly include ensuring that there are no unnecessary things lying on any table and everything is stacked at the right place. She should look at preparing a process for the same *Documents flowing in and out of office - to ensure that all the documents flowing in and out of office have to be properly documented. These relate to both courier or by hand. *Labels - documents flowing out of office should be property labelled *Ensuring that a mechanism is made for all the calls/ documents received in the absence of any team member is effectively communicated *Details of all the clients - ensuring that the basic details for all the clients have been maintained in a consistent format *Details of all the vendors- ensuring that the basic details for all the clients have been maintained in a consistent format *Ensuring that the data sheet of newsletter is updated on a time to time basis and the same is sent to the clients immediately on receiving the same from the respective teams *Getting the tickets booked (both air/ rail) HR *Incoming and outgoing time for office along with office decorum *Regular interface between team and partners *Ensuring town halls are done every fortnight and the effective resolution is done *Ensuring the receipt of time sheet from all the staff and reviewing its initial validity with the attendance register *Maintaining salary register and reimbursements *Maintaining all the policies and updating the requisite policies from time to time *Leave records and also leave list - ensuring that the leave record is updated on a daily basis and respective back up documents are present *Arranging office parties/ off sites etc Work Experience - We are looking for someone experienced in the field.
