John 16:33 These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” Front lines of the battles of ministry: Only Gods grace! Very very recently the Lord sent me in a place where the enemys agenda was rampage. Yet, the Lord is teaching me as He directs; to seize every moment to share the gospel that one may possibility be saved. But, as I agreed to come, suddenly upon my arrive the agenda had changed and the open door to share Jesus Christ had changed. But God! remembering seize the moment; I shared Jesus Christ lovingly and with no apologies the Lord enabled me to share the hope that is only found in Jesus Christ and His matchless gift of Salvation. Yet, sharing how this hope has changed my life and the lives of others. As I was preparing to leave, suddenly someone stopped me with a horrendous story of my son Victor concerning the accident and their details. Though their details did not reflect my son or the accident, I felt the enemys blow seeking to wound me. But God, I remembered, I am in the front lines and when you seize those moments to reach a hurting, lost and dying world, be armored and prepared for the enemy will attack and surely seek to wound. Was I in battles; Yes! Was I wounded as the person shared that they watched my son pass, yet as his mother knowing that at the time of impact he passed; Yes this was a strange blow! Did it take Gods grace and love when the individual continuously rehearsed their story and would not be silent; Yes! But, yet as Gods servant the front lines are hard and one will encounter pain, heartache, wounds, and battles, but God is Faithful and His mercy endures forever and ever. And lastly heaven awaits and may we seize every moment to reach a hurting, lost and dying world for Jesus Christ! By the power of the Holy Spirit; please seize the moment!
