The person who follows me will never ·live [L walk] in darkness but will have the light ·that gives life [L of life].” LISTENING TO THE UNBELIEVING WORLD OUT THERE AND NOT ONLY IS IT NOISY AND CONFUSED AND STRUGGLING TO BE ITS OWN GOD THROUGH PHILOSOPHY BUT I FEAR FOR BABY CHRISTIANS THE MOST WHO MAY BE SWAYED BY THESE FIERCE WINDS OF VARIED OPINION OUT THERE. A city that ·is built [stands; is set] on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 And people don’t light a lamp and then hide it under a ·bowl [or basket]. They put it on a lampstand so the light shines for all the people in the house. I ALSO WANT TO ADD THAT JESUS CHRIST TAUGHT US WHO FOLLOW HIM TO BE SALT AND LIGHT. THIS IS ALL WE HAVE TO BE. HIS BODY IN THIS WORLD. I HOPE WE STICK WITH REMAINING IN HIM SO HE REMAINS IN US TO PRESERVE THIS WORLD.
