Time to fine the Speedos (and make sure they still fit). Time to start preparing for another summer in the water. Sessions recommence at St Pauls Pool on Saturday 2nd August, 8.30 – 10am. Cost $70 for 10 sessions which includes pool entry. The $70 fee entitles swimmers to personalised planned sessions, copies of any missed sessions e-mails and a regular newsletter. We do allow casual swimmers @ $10 per session but it is difficult and time consuming if I individualise a programme then have a casual swimmer be casual and not turn up for the session so I am no longer prepared to offer that service.
