The fundamental parameter is that during any high output phase, the torso aligns vertically, the hips are directly over the ankles and power originates in the ankles and knees which are highly flexed. The snatch and clean require 2 transition movements to get to the high output position. Achieving a good high output position and generating vertical thrust from said position is the primary goal. Same parameters apply to the dead lift and squat to emphasize functional use of the legs by using only the minimum possible back angle.
