Ian Gibson, Director of Percussion Studies at Cambrian College, will lead us on an exploration of HealthRHYTHMS a research-based group empowerment drumming protocol. Join in the fun and relaxation with your own hand instruments (djembe, bongos, congas) or just bring your hands and learn about this tool for communication and self-expression. Weather-permitting, the concert will take place outside. All are welcome Note: Parking at the Lakes Centre is very limited so we recommend using Parking Lot 15 off South Bay Road or car-pooling.
