Judge Mathis makes excellent points : I myself , would like to see more recreation centers built and run by qualified mentors for children and teenagers . It worked very well in the 1950/s 60/s and 70/s ; the YMCA also spread out in major cities run by coaches , arts and craft teachers and many people who cared to give children and teens direction , many games , sports , and responsibility .These were all on going events to keep young people off the streets and moving to a positive direction. The recreation centers and YMCA also taught children and teens to value each other as real human beings.
