After recharging the card, he made calls with it and gave Akpos back his phone. After a minute, Akpos received an alart that the last recharge that was made on his phone has won him a five million naira. Basketmouth and akpos began to drag who owns the money. Basketmouth was saying that he was the one that recharged the phone, so the money belongs to him, while akpos was saying that he is the owner of the phone, so the money belongs to him also. if you are in the position to jugde this case, pls who owns the money?
