At least one Fast Track Court should be in every district. 3. Crime & Corruption cases against Public Servants, Judicial Officers & People representatives should be transferred in Fast Track Courts & should be decided within a year. 4. Number of Judges should be reviewed at every level & it should be based on Population. 5. It should be mandatory for every Judicial Officer from top to bottom to put his / her Own, Spouse, Children and Parents last 5 years ITR in public domain.
