I have been advised that Legal Aid Law firms promote the application of such tools for precisely that reason, it legally allows their clients to abuse the childrens rights to equality in parental matters, while the Legal profession initiates enhancement of conflict, discourages resolve and as such increases their work load with economic gains as the motivation.
