July 06--2014 Time- 12.20 P.M AAP News & Update— Why India Can’t afford to Produce Huge Electricity from Solar Power to fulfill its Increased Electricity/Power/Energy demand by Installing Huge Solar Panels throughout the Country , while Germany is breaking records of generating Energy from Solar Power Panels. Should Indian Govt stress to Explore Solar Power Potentials in India , to meet its ever increasing Electricity Demand ? Today , Germany can now produce half its energy from solar Power . New data reveals that Germany broke a record at the start of June-2014 , by generating half its energy from solar power, demonstrating the country’s impressive renewable energy capabilities. Research from the Fraunhofer ISE research institute showed , that German solar panels generated a record 24.24 GW of electricity between 1pm and 2pm on Friday, June 6th 2014. And on Monday June 9th June-2014 , a public holiday, solar power production peaked at 23.1 GW, which was 50.6 percent of total electricity demand. Tobias Rothacher, an expert for renewable energies at Germany Trade & Invest, told The Local: “I think we could break a new record every two to three months now. We are installing more and more PVs [solar panels].” Germany has had success with solar by encouraging citizens to install panels on their roof tops, rather than focussing on building large-scale solar farms. In fact, 90 percent of Germany’s solar panels are on individuals’ roofs. Analysis—India has a huge Potential of Generating Electricity/ Power by Installing Huge Solar Panels throught the length & breadth of this country as Solar Energy is available in abundance in India . The Rationale is that our Govt. should think of Installing in huge quantum , both at Domestic & Commercial level, the Solar Panels , which should be made available to every Indian Citizen on cheaper rates to meet our Electricity demand , in the interest of Common man in India. Let our Present Govt. at the Centre , take positive decision in this direction at the earliest , to make India a Developed Nation in the field of generating Electricity , through Solar Power .
