July 18, 2013 Dear Vendors: We are sending this reminder to you for your consideration again. Pocono Lake United Methodist Church is planning a Craft Fair for Saturday, October 12, 2013 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We would like to consider your talents at our fair. The event will be held rain or shine. A tent area space will be provided if needed by vendor. Spaces under tents are on a first come/first basis. We will have face-painting and Noah’s Ark playground for the children. Refreshments and food sold by the church along with fall décor will make it a true festival in the Poconos. We realize that our area hasn’t had a large craft fair in the past five years or so and there are many people visiting on Columbus Day weekend. The event will be extensively advertised. Attached is a picture of our church and the grounds and a vendor application. Please e-mail your application as soon as possible.
