July 24-24, 2013 (Variation 2) These dates hold within them an opportunity to awaken many avenues. It will be individual for each Soul as to what avenues will open. Whether mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, other, or any combination thereof will vary. Saturday we posted a protocol to Heart Reflect with YOUrSELF on these dates. On Monday we posted a variation to Heart Reflect with YOUr Source. Today we share yet another variation. These variations are shared so that if one protocol does not resonate with you another might. Choose which variation to utilize based upon your preference or methodology, or you can vary them during these days. 1. Take several long slow deep breaths, and relax your body. 2. Breathe into your Heart Center (center of your chest/All of You) the Love from God, Creation, Source, The Universe, whatever the energy of your Source is . As you exhale return your Love to your Source. 3. As you continue to breathe (HEART REFLECT) with YOUr Source focus on your LIGHT BODY/BEING, and as you inhale receive the LOVE from YOUr LIGHT BODY/BEING and as you exhale return YOUr LOVE to YOUr LIGHT BODY/BEING. 4. Repeat.
